UK Ministry of Justice partners with SCRAM Systems® to produce alcohol ankle tags

The UK Ministry of Justice has announced that offenders who commit alcohol-related offences may soon be required to wear ankle tags that monitor alcohol intake. A national rollout is set to begin in late 2020 following pilot studies that reported a positive impact on wellbeing and behaviour among participants. Colorado-based SCRAM Systems® has partnered with the UK Ministry of Justice to provide the ankle tags.
