South Africa ends COVID-19 alcohol sales restrictions

For the first time in almost 2 years, restrictions on alcohol sales in South Africa have been removed. The government has lifted the remaining restrictions that were originally put in place to prevent COVID-19 transmission, including a midnight to 4am curfew and a ban on indoor gatherings.
