Rising cannabis prices in France during COVID-19 lockdown
The price of cannabis in French cities has increased following implementation of travel restrictions on borders designed to halt the spread of COVID-19. Parisian police officials reported that the price of 100g of cannabis resin had increased from EU280 to EU500 over the course of 1 week. Most of France’s cannabis resin is imported from Morocco via Spain, with herbal cannabis predominantly imported from the Netherlands.
