Mexico court approves recreational cocaine for two people

A Mexican court has given permission for two people to ‘possess, transport and use’ but not sell cocaine for recreational purposes. The decision is set to be reviewed by higher court and by a panel of judges and will only apply to those two unidentified individuals. Mexico’s health authority has said that it will block the court order.
