Canada proposes banning flavoured vaping products
Health Canada, a Federal department responsible for helping Canadians maintain and improve their health, has proposed a change to its vaping regulations. If passed, the proposal would limit the flavours available to tobacco and mint/menthol. The changes are intended to make vaping less attractive for young people and will be open for consultation until 2 September 2021. A similar consultation on flavoured cannabis extracts is also due to be opened.
